Texas Forestry Association Insurance Program Summary
This is a Master Policy.

The Texas Forestry Association Master Policy has an effective date of August 1, 2007 to August 1, 2008.
The effective date of your policy will be August 1, 2007, or the day after the postmark date on the envelope
containing your application and premium payment, if received after that date, until August 1, 2008.

Premiums are not pro-rated if you apply after (the date of the first bound policy).
Premiums are 100% earned and there is no refund of premium if the policy is cancelled mid-term.

The TFA Master Insurance Policy is designed to cover the clubs and its’ members for liability resulting from
bodily injury or property damage to third parties, for which the club or member is legally liable, subject to
policy exclusions.

Named Insured’s: The Scheduled Participants of the Texas Forestry Association Insurance Program
Additional Insured’s: Scheduled landowner(s) who leases land to hunt club(s).
Liability limits:
o $1,000,000 per occurance/$2,000,000 aggregate
o $1,000 medical payments
o $50,000 fire legal liability
o No deductibles.
Club members are shown by endorsement as Additional Insured’s.
Coverage is provided for cross member liability.
The use of ATVs and tree stands is not excluded under the policy.
Guest Liability Coverage
Defense Cost in Addition to the Limit of Liability.

Both the landowner and the hunting club must be current members of the Texas Forestry Association
to participate in this preferred insurance program
Lands that are subleased or used for any commercial hunting activities are not eligible for coverage in
the program.

Both the landowner and the hunting club must be members in good standing of the Texas Forestry
Association to participate in this preferred program.

Landowner Membership dues are based on forest acreage:

Up to 500 Acres $50.00 per year
All acreage over 500 $50.00 plus .02 per acre

Hunting Club Membership dues are:

Hunting Club $50.00 per year
